Automatic Payment

This service gives customers the ability to manage funds from one account to another.  For more details about how this service van help you, contact the Bank of Geneva office closest to you.
 

Deposits and loan payments will always be accepted via the US Mail. They will be considered made on the day received by the Bank. Remember, never send cash through the mail!
 

This service allows customers the ability to advance cash from their credit cards for personal needs.  We accept cash advances on MasterCard and Visa credit cards only.  Proper identification is required.
 

We have coin-counting machines that will quickly and automatically count those coins that you have been accumulating.
 

The Bank of Geneva offers insurance to Bank of Geneva loan customers to insure the customer's loan under certain conditions to cover accidents, disability or death.  Contact a Bank of Geneva loan officer for more information.
 

Direct deposit is a safe and convenient method of receiving your payroll or federal benefits payments.  Some other examples of payments that can be directly deposited are social security checks, retirement pension payments, and farmer's FSA checks.  Please contact the organization originating your payment - such as your employer, retirement pension provider, FSA office, or government agency - to arrange for this sort of payment.  We would be glad to answer your questions concerning this service.
 

This product allows customers to give gift cards for Christmas, birthdays, graduation or for any other special occasion.  This card is accepted at any retailer that accepts VISA.
 

For those customers who do not have checking accounts or are engaged in a transaction where a personal check will not be accepted, we have money orders available for a small fee. You are provided a written receipt with every money order purchased.
 

Night depository boxes are available at all of our banking locations so that you can safely deposit funds or make payments even after office hours.
 

We have several notaries on staff at all of our offices. Contact us when you need an important document notarized.
 

Safe deposit boxes are available to protect your irreplaceable documents and other valuables.  We have safe deposit boxes available at our Berne, Geneva and Monroe offices.
 

Customers can purchase US savings bonds for gifts or safe investments. We also redeem those bonds when the need arises.
 

A Visa Travel Card is used like a debit card to pay for travel expenses up to the amount on the card.  A Visa travel Card is a safe, convenient way to pay for travel expenses and is accepted at any Visa retailer world-wide.
 

Wire Transfers is another service we provide customers.  Money can be wired from your account to an account at another institution quickly and easily. We can also receive wire transfers on your behalf. A moderate fee is charged for this service. Wire transfers are not available with our Internet banking service.
