Online Services - e-Statements

Our new e-Statements bring your bank statement to your quicker and more securely than ever before. This is how e-Statements work:

On the evenings when your statement would normally be printed on paper, an electronic image of your statement is created electronically within our computer system and then stored on a secure server that is accessible via the internet.

An e-mail message is then sent to your e-mail address notifying your that you can now logon to the e-Statements server to view your newly created statement. (If this statement had been routed through the normal method of mailing, you would not see it for another four or five business days.)

You then logon to our sever, via the internet, enter your unique user id and password.

You can view the newly created statement as well as prior statements. The statement presented on your screen is identical to what you would see if received in the mail. You can opt to print it out in the security of your home if you would require a paper record.

This service is available to any Bank of Geneva customer with online access to e-mail and the internet.
