What is Internet Banking?

Internet Banking is one of the most convenient services to be introduced since ATM's. As an internet banking user, you can access your Bank of Geneva accounts and transfer funds 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When you make a funds transfer it will take place after cutoff on the next bank’s business day.

How do I get started?

To enroll, simply click the Apply button above.  You will be linked to a secure online form to input your banking information. You will also be able to choose your own user id and password.  After you submit your application online, please allow us one or two business days to process your application.

Is my personal information secure?

The Bank of Geneva recognizes your expectation of privacy. Please review our online Privacy Policy concerning your right to privacy.

Is Internet Banking secure?

The two areas on our web page that set us apart from being just another bank with a web page are the free Internet Banking and the Online Bill Pay services that we provide. Both services are provided via a secure internet connection to a secure server. A unique user-id and password are required to access this confidential information.

When a customer signs onto our Internet Banking site a secure connection is established that prevents outside parties from viewing transaction information. Data that is transferred between locations is also made through secure connections utilizing data encryption. Also all account information is kept behind a firewall to prevent outside access.

I don't see my new loan on Internet banking?

Some people want to see all of their accounts on Internet banking. Other customers prefer to only see their checking account, or others perhaps only want to see certain business accounts.

Generally, only accounts you have requested are placed on Internet banking. If you already have our Internet banking and wish to see additional accounts that you did not include on your original application, you may simply send us a secure text message while you are logged into our Internet banking service requesting the additional accounts be added. NOTE: Please do not send requests via regular e-mail.
